Live DTF transfer stations, built for your event
Every booking is a complete package: equipment, trained operators, printed transfers, and a station layout designed around your floor plan and guest flow. Here's what's on the menu.
The Core Station
One to four commercial heat presses, staffed by Merch Troop operators, pressing full-color DTF transfers on garments guests choose in real time. Includes a design menu board, garment staging, cooling rack, and a clean handoff point so the line keeps moving. Typical footprint is a 10×10 area with two 6-foot tables; power need is a single dedicated 20-amp circuit per two presses.
Personalization Menu
Names, numbers, titles, and city drops pressed alongside the main design — the upgrade that turns a giveaway into a keepsake. We prep alphabet and number kits in your event colorway so a jersey back or sleeve hit takes one extra press cycle, not a production delay.
Hat + Patch Bar
Curved-platen presses sized for Richardson 112, Flexfit, and premium caps. Guests pick the hat, pick the transfer or patch, and watch it bond. Pairs naturally with the core station or runs standalone for tighter footprints.
UV DTF Hard Goods
Peel-and-stick UV DTF graphics for tumblers, bottles, laptops, and phone cases — glossy, dishwasher-resistant, and applied in seconds without heat. A strong pick when your audience already has enough t-shirts.
Laser Engraving Add-On
Compact laser station for engraving leather patches, keychains, and metal goods with monograms or logos. A quieter, premium companion to the press line for VIP lounges and executive gifting.
Pre-Production + Live Hybrid
Need 300 staff shirts before doors plus a live station for guests? We screen print or press bulk runs in our Orange County shop ahead of time and roll the live experience for attendees — one vendor, one artwork approval, one invoice.
