Seven operators behind a bank of heat presses at an outdoor Los Angeles fan celebration

Downtown LA fan celebration — volume day

The brief: a global sports moment, an outdoor street venue, and thousands of fans who all wanted the same thing: a shirt that proved they were there.

The setup: a seven-operator crew running multiple presses in parallel with a tight two-design menu, garments pre-staged by size, and a dedicated handoff runner. When speed is the goal, menu discipline matters more than press count.

The result: hundreds of pieces pressed across the day with wait times held under ten minutes at peak. Full-color artwork reproduced the event lockup exactly — no simplified spot-color version needed.

Conference attendees lining up at a live printing lounge in a hotel corridor

Conference reception — the networking magnet

The brief: a corporate conference wanted its evening reception to have a moment people talked about the next morning — without loud equipment or mess in a carpeted hotel corridor.

The setup: a two-press lounge with a six-design menu including a city-themed drop, quiet operation, and zero wet ink — exactly why the venue approved it in one email.

The result: a continuous line for three hours, attendees wearing their picks at next-day sessions, and the sponsor logo photographed all over the venue.

Hat bar with stacked performance caps and a compact press at a club launch celebration

San Diego club launch — premium keepsake night

The brief: a soccer club's private launch celebration needed gifting that felt premium, not promotional.

The setup: a hat bar with performance caps in club colors plus a compact transfer press for crest and wordmark hits, run tableside so guests never left the party.

The result: guests queued through the program breaks, and the caps became the unofficial uniform of the night's photos. Small footprint, big keepsake.
